Cancelation of Order
If the item has already gone into production we cannot refund more than half the final cost of the garment. An order that has completed construction and gone through a first fitting cannot be canceled and must be paid in full.
Full cancelation due to timing delays will be considered if the arrival time of the garment exceeds four weeks past expected delivery date.
We cannot accept returns due to the nature of the customized product.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted:
An item is damaged for reasons due to our error, or fabric damage. Should there be a significant flaw in the construction of the garment we will evaluate it, propose repair options, or refund a portion of the price not exceeding half the cost of the garment. Final decision of whether garment is damaged and eligible for refund is at the discretion of Bad Wolf Clothier, and not the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only refund on items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for cases of extreme damage or fault on our side will be considered on a case by case bases. Defective garment will be replaced once price if paid in full on original garment.
Cost of shipping on a new order is responsibility of Bad Wolf Clothier.
Customer will be responsible for paying for his/her own shipping costs for returning an item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
